It is made out of 100% pre washed cotton fabric. This skirt is made to order so please allow 10-14 days till shipping. You can include a waist measurement and finished length in your order for an exact fit. Sizing: 18/24m is 11” long with a 16.5"-22" waist 2t/3t is 12” long with a 17.5”-23” waist 3t/4t is 13” long with a 18-24” waist 4/5 is 14” long with a 18.5-24.5” waist 5/6 is 15” long with a 19”-25” waist 7/8 is 16” long with a 19.5”-26” waist
