CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel and order you have placed you must contact Kendrah by email (savvysewing@yahoo.com) or by phone 912-695-5667 with 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancellation received after the 24 hours WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY: Occasionally your item may be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you through email to notify you if your order will be placed on back order or canceled (if the product is no longer available) You may reply to the email if you would prefer to cancel your order instead of waiting for the back ordered item.
SHIPPING POLICY: All ready made items are shipped within 2 business days of order being placed. All custom orders are shipped within 3 weeks of the order being placed. An email will be sent out as soon as your order has been shipped.
REFUND/ RETURN POLICY: There will be no refunds or returns for any item that was custom ordered with your own fabric choices or measurements. All unused and clean ready made items may be returned within one week of receiving for store credit only. IF ANY OF THE READY MADE ITEMS HAVE BEEN IN A SMOKING ENVIOREMENT THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED!!
